What the call covers.

Fifteen minutes is short on purpose. It is enough to establish fit and rule things out, which is usually what people actually need.

Most people arrive at this page with a specific thing in mind and a vague sense that they should probably “do something about safety.” The call exists to turn the second into the first.

We will cover what prompted you to look, who the training is for, the environment they actually operate in, and what a realistic format looks like — a two-hour CE session inside a sales meeting, a private one-to-one intensive, a workshop for a department, or a keynote for a room of two hundred. If a shorter or cheaper option would serve you better, I will say so.

If it turns out I am not the right fit, that is a perfectly good outcome for a fifteen-minute call and you will hear it directly rather than after an invoice.

Before the call.

Nothing is required. These just make the fifteen minutes go further.

If you have a rough headcount, a sense of the dates that could work, and one concrete example of the exposure that worries you, we can usually get to a specific recommendation inside the slot.

If you are a brokerage or an association, it helps to know roughly how many agents would attend and whether you are looking to run the session inside an existing sales meeting or as a standalone CE date.

Calls are scheduled in Eastern Time. If nothing on the calendar works, or you need a longer conversation than fifteen minutes, send a message or email carmen@carmenthemomba.com and we will find something that does.

Hands being wrapped before a training session

Common questions.

Is this a sales call?

It is a discovery call. If Momba is the right fit, you will hear exactly what I would recommend and what it costs. If what you need is smaller, cheaper, or outside what Momba does, you will be told that inside the fifteen minutes rather than after an invoice.

What if none of the times work?

Email or call directly and we will find something. The calendar shows a fixed set of slots; it is not the full extent of what is possible.

Can more than one person join the call?

Yes, and for brokerage or organizational enquiries it usually helps. Bring the managing broker, the safety lead, or whoever will actually sign off on the date.

Is fifteen minutes really enough?

For establishing fit and agreeing a next step, almost always. If your situation needs longer, say so when you book and a longer session will be arranged instead.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing is required. A rough headcount, some candidate dates, and one concrete example of the exposure that concerns you will make the conversation move faster.

Fifteen minutes, and you will know where you stand.

Or write first, if that suits you better.
