These terms govern your use of carmenthemomba.com (the “site”), operated by Momba Promotions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Virginia limited liability company based in Richmond, Virginia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site provides information about safety, situational awareness and resilience training services, including continuing education for real estate licensees. It is an informational site. Bookings, registrations and purchases are completed through separate services, and those services carry their own terms.

Purchases, bookings and refunds

Merchandise, books and event sales are handled on our store at shop.carmenthemomba.com, and are subject to the shipping, refund and return policies published there. Training is described and booked on our training and pricing page, and payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, on their own checkout pages under their terms and privacy policy. Scheduled calls are booked through our scheduling provider. No payment is taken on this site and we never see or store your card details.

Training services

Training is delivered as described at the time of booking. Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. Participation is voluntary, participants may opt out of any physical activity at any time, and participants are responsible for disclosing any condition that may affect their ability to take part safely. Where a separate participation agreement or waiver is provided for a session, that document governs the session.

Continuing education credit

Momba Promotions LLC is an approved Virginia real estate school and delivers the Realtor Safety & Situational Awareness CE course under Virginia DPOR course #0214031425 for 2 elective credit hours. Award of credit is subject to attendance and to the rules of the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Licensees remain responsible for their own continuing education requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Momba Promotions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
